I can not add template, also mail mint is not working on RTL languages

  • Hello dear author, I have test your plugin, I imported 60,000 contacts. After that I tried to send email, so I created campaign and saved it as draft, my language is Persian. it did not show up, and it had error about reading time in react. So I changed my website language to english, now we can see campaigns. but again we can not create or edit templates. so, what should I do now?

    Hi @glboy , thanks for sharing the complications you are facing.

    We have reasons to believe it could be a conflict with with your template or due to caching. Our plugin shouldn’t have issue with Persian language.

    So this is a unique case which we didn’t face in our test environments. In this case, it would be best if you could reach out to us on support via email with a screenrecording of what you are seeing when you are trying to create a campaign and saving it.
