I can not access the wordpress panel after installing the extension

Today two extension install the latest version factor auth my wordpress 3.7.1, configure and code I generated a “one time password” and also three panics for access codes in case you lose the one time password. To my surprise after I closed session and try to enter again will not let me, what it does is refresh the page and reloading over and over again the wp-login.php.
We introduce the one time password, or even some error telling me just reloads and so wp-login loop. Introductir I return to the user, password and one time password and I can not access the wordpress panel. Even try codes repeatedly panic and still doing the same then I give “log in” what it does is reload the wp-login.php and I can aaceder.
What I can do? and fix this error? I want to access my wordpress panel, I’m desperate.
