I can not access or log-in to my Worpress admin account

  • I am receiving a message when I am trying to log- in to my wordpress account. Please help in resolving this issue
    The message is like as follow;
    Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 491520 bytes) in /home/safaandm/public_html/wp-content/plugins/nextgen-gallery/admin/manage-images.php on line 486
