I can log in but my client can't

  • Anyone come across this before?
    My client can’t log in but I can using their log in.

    WordPress 3.9 running Gigawatt theme 2.0.1
    I’m on Chrome and can log in at both the /wp-admin and /wp-login.php

    My client has tried Firefox & Safari but it won’t let him in.
    Strangely though he isn’t getting the “You’ve got 2 attempts left” message he is just getting no activity at all after the spinner in the tab spins for a bit.

    We’ve cleared the cache a couple of times but that had no effect.
    Any one got any suggestions?
