I can’t go to the second page

  • We are using
    WordPress 5.8.4
    Lightning Child version: 0.5.1
    Lightning version: 14.12.2
    Polylang version: 3.1.4
    Polylang version 3.1.4

    I have created a multilingual site using the Polylang version, but I am having problems getting to the second page of search results and beyond.

    If I check the box in Polylang’s settings that says “Do not display language information for the default language in the URL”, I can go to the second page and beyond, but the menu bar reverts to the default language.

    How can I solve this problem?

  • I also have a problem with pagination on the default post type. Works fine for me on the search result page though and other custom post types.
