Hi, I need some help.
I would like to move from Joomla to WP and use plugin “Import Joomla (FG)”.
I fill in the formular and try to test the connection – and nothing happens.
Wordpres, database and user are very and new without any modifications. “lokalhost”, “3306”, database, user and Joomla-prefix are correct. My provider doesn’t use any save mode.
I installed WordPress in a subdirectory of Joomla. I tried with Opera, Chrome und IE – same result.

Did you get the links?
Is the problem because I installed WordPress in a subdirectory?
I tried it from an different domain with an other WordPress and it worked fine.

Still nothing received.
It should work even if WordPress is installed in a subdirectory.

Could you try the solution written in the FAQ:
– export the Joomla database to a SQL file (with phpMyAdmin for example)
– import this SQL file on the same database as WordPress
– run the migration by using WordPress database credentials (host, user, password, database) instead of the Joomla ones in the plugin settings.
