I cached website but changes still not taking place? any idea?

Hi, my website is slow so i hired a developer to help speed it up.
He was trying to correct one tab on gtmetrix: “Serve resources from a consistent URL”

https://gtmetrix.com/reports/www.altcointradingsignal.com/DJ8qIY9lProblem: He said he corrected it, but we purged cache on the website, and purged cache on cloudflare but gtmetrix is still showing the problem.
Any idea why?
