I broke my Site and WP address URLS

    I’m a beginner and unintentionally broke my site- I was working on SSL and changed the site URL and the WordPress address URL to “https” from “http” and now my site doesn’t work and I’m unable to login to the WP-Admin to change it back. I’ve reviewed the forums on this and see the solutions, but I’m not a developer and don’t understand how to even begin this. Can someone please help!?
