I blacklisted my own email and username

I was getting a ton of attempts to login into my site, I was a little unnerved, it was after 1 AM, and I accidentally just blacklisted my own self, both my email and username.

Also I set the “attempts” setting to 3 days after two attempts because I was very confident of not messing up. And then I did. So now I’m both blocked, and locked out.

What can I do to get back into my site?
