I am unable to use the “Refresh only when products changed”

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.

That is correct. When you enable that option it doesn’t mean the feed will automatically refresh itself when you make a change to your product. What this option does is check on the configured refresh intervals if an update of the feed is needed or not. So lets assume you have set your feed(s) to an hourly refresh. The plugin will start the update process of your feed every hour, however before doing so it will check if there were changes made to your products. When no products have changed or no new ones have been added the hourly updating of the feed is not needed so the plugin won’t start the updating of your feed.

So unfortunately I still have cache problems (liteSpeed Cache) on my host, because I’ve already tried changing the periods and it doesn’t change and there are several price changes in WooCommerce during the day.

When you are experiencing caching issues you might be able to solve that by excluding the feed URL’s from being cached in your caching plugin?

1. Your product feed URL
2. The plugin debug.log URL. This is how you can retrieve the debug.log URL: https://adtribes.io/send-your-debug-log-to-support/
3. Some examples of products in your feed (provide some product ID’s) for which your feed contains old data and not represent the data that is on your website (for example an old price).

Ok, but now I had to do a manual update, when there is a new price change I will send it. Thanks
