I am unable to send or receive transactional emails, I have the WP forms sendinblue plugin enabled and setup, but it’s not working. I have the free plugin for this.

And under the plugin settings, it’s showing up this error:

Heads up! The last email your site attempted to send was unsuccessful.

    Email Source: WP Core
    Mailer: Sendinblue
    [unauthorized]: Key not found

  • Even i am receiving similar error with Sendinblue since two days, Error code is as below

    Versions:
    WordPress: 5.9.3
    WordPress MS: No
    PHP: 7.4.29
    WP Mail SMTP: 3.3.0

    Params:
    Mailer: sendinblue
    Constants: No
    API Key: Yes

    Debug:
    Email Source: WP Core
    Mailer: Sendinblue
    [unauthorized]: Key not found
    Email Source: Elementor Pro
    Mailer: Sendinblue
    [unauthorized]: Key not found
    Email Source: WP Mail SMTP
    Mailer: Sendinblue
    [unauthorized]: Key not found

I found that the sendinblue subscription had ended had to re-create a new account and create new api key v3 in Sendinblue and re-enter the Key in WordPress. Emails are going through now. Hope this helps.

    Hi @littlehootons,

Based on the error message, it looks like your Sendinblue key has either expired or is incorrect. Try generating a new key and add it to WP Mail SMTP’s settings.

To generate a new key, log into your Sendinblue account and then go to this page:

    https://account.sendinblue.com/advanced/api

You’ll see a button at the top of the page that says Create New API Key:

    https://d.pr/pRmpyW

Click that button, give the API Key a name (pretty much anything will work), and generate a new key. Sendinblue will show you the key right afterward, so you’ll want to copy/paste that key. You can then add it to the WP Mail SMTP Settings panel. After that, just save the page and you should be good.

In case it helps, here is a link to our guide on setting up your connection to Sendinblue: https://wpmailsmtp.com/docs/how-to-set-up-the-sendinblue-mailer-in-wp-mail-smtp/

    I hope that helps!

    Hi @prasadnatarajan,

I’m glad you were able to correct the issue you were seeing. If you do happen to run into that again, generating a new key should get you going again.

    Thanks!
