I am unable to get my attachment in the mail

I am trying to configure my attachment that is submitted in the form to get the same in my email as well.
I have put the tag under the mail section but still unable to get the attachment. Else all other details are visible in the mail I am receiving.
Attaching the screenshot of my configuration details as well. Please do help me configure the mail so that I can get all the attachments in the mail as well.
