I am unable to create Contact page

Hi, you just need to create a page and set the page template to “Contact” on the right side of the page. Once the page is saved a list of page options will appear. Just fill in your information and that’s it!

Actually I did what you said exactly.
But it’s not working.
May be i am working as multiple site network admin .
Is there any problem with that?

Feel free to post a screen shot. My guess is that this is a plugin issue. Try deactivating and see if your content loads.

Still my issue has not been cleared

You can deactivate all and see if the issue clears, then one by one reactivate to see which one is causing the issue. If the issue remains when all are deactivated then you will know it’s another issue. Let me know if that is the case.
