I am unable to access my wordpress site admin panel and get this error message

    any help at all you could give me would be greatly appreciated. As I have no idea where to begin and I would like to access my site.

  • I think there’s a bug in the plugin. I saw another post the same, and I had a similar Fatal Error message of:

    Fatal error: GeoIP API: Error traversing database – perhaps it is corrupt? in /home/content/p3pnexwpnas02_data02/55/2730855/html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/class-wc-geo-ip.php on line 1535

    Brian, the way I got into my website was to go through PHPMyAdmin and deactivated all my plugins. Then I am able to get into my website. I haven’t yet reactivated my WooCommerce plugin pending a (hopeful) resolution to this problem. Hope that helps at least get you back into your site.

    Use FTP or your hosting file manager and delete the following files.

    wp-content/uploads/GeoIP.dat
wp-content/uploads/GeoIPv6.dat
