    UPDATE:
    All systems go… the CS team have been brilliant and sorted the issues out. So far we are doing well with the protection and anti spam attacks.
    All issues are sorted and we’ve change this to a 5 star review.

    We purchased CleanTalk after doing some research. Many of the people indicated they were really happy with the plugin. Having now used it for nearly a year I feel I can give an honest opinion.
    It does a great job of stopping the spam attacks. However, I have noticed since using the anti-crawler option it does prevent me going into an incognito browser to log in and test my website. BUT, in saying that, the customer service and support team are great. They are doing everything they can to figure out why this is happening and fix it.

    When this works I will probably change from a 4 star to a 5 star
