I am not getting template, layout,permalink option while editing page

Hi, I want to edit page layout but i am not getting the options to change layout, template, permalink in wordpress. I am using a basic twenty eleven theme on wordpress and my wordpress version is 6.1.1 here is my edit page screenshot: https://imgur.com/a/KwdllsB
