I am not being able to customize anything in this theme.

The free theme offers full customizations. Are you able to make changes in the backend, they just aren’t saving in the front? Or will they not save in the backend at all? Can you post a link?
Also, do you know your php settings?

I’ve been working on the theme for the last few hours with no problem. Suddenly, I can’t customize anything. From Appearance -> Theme options, none of the options I select show in the window.

If I try to customize through the toolbar, I can at least see the options, but can’t change anything or save changes.

It could be your php memory needs to be increased. I would try contacting your host. Let us know if they don’t have insight.

Also did you try deactivating plugins it possible you have one that is creating an error.

I am having the same issue. The theme options disappeared from “appearances” which was there when I installed. Now they are gone and I am unable to change anything…

Do you have the virtue/pinnacle toolkit plugin installed and activated? Doing so should make the theme options reappear.

I’m also just merely trying to change the h4 font size. CSS is not working.
