I am not able to see wholesale products

  • Hello,

    I am using flatsome theme and I have a custom shop url ( not the default woocommerce ). I tried the plugin, but I am unable to see any wholesale products. Not even in the my account menu. What should I do?

    Should I buy the premium version?

    Hi @topstory,

    Do you perhaps doesn’t set the regular price on those products? You would need to set both regular and wholesale price for the wholesale products. If customer with wholesale customer role logs in, they’ll get the wholesale price. Other customers will see the regular price.

    I set the regular price either.

    I am using flatsome theme with custom my account and shop page.

    Could you take a look on it please?

    We would buy premium, if its necessary.
