Do you mean you are not able to receive the password reset email? Can you confirm that it appears in the Email Log?

The email is probably being rejected at the receiving server. Confirm that your SPF record on the domain is valid for the SMTP server you have configured Postman to use.

I am able to receive password reset email but when i click on the reset link, then i am not able to reset password.

nor find any password reset form.

I’m sorry, Postman only sends email. It has nothing to do with actually resting the password. It sounds like you have a plugin conflict. I would suggest disabling all your plugins, and using the default theme, and see if you are able to reset the password then.
