I am not able to connect twitter and Instagram for Social Counter

    I am connecting my instagram and twitter account for showing my Facebook, twitter and Instagram accounts followers / likes via social counter. Facebook working fine but I am not able to connect Instagram and Twitter account
    For twitter I setup twitter developer account and create app there and add access token (AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAO*******) but nothing happened,
    For Instagrame I setup and App in Meta account and Add instagram display API but after access token still nothing I tried gettting access token from from the Setting tab but it say “Insuffiecent developer role” although I add tester user in Meta as well.
