I am not able to add Color variation image

Hi team,

I am using yourplugin last year and it is working fine but suddenly i am adding new product and add the color variation images after the save product images shows images without assign. I did not understand why this happening. i have reinstall that plugin but i am not able to add color variation images please find the image and resolve the issue.
