I am locked out!

Hi,

I installed the plugin configured google authentication and miniorange.

As logged out of the admin page tried to login it still asked for my password there was no prompt for a code or scanner or anything else except my password. I am using hero login plugin mybe that is the issue but i doubt.

It is not permitting me access despite the password being correct.

What can i do?
