Its flawless, far-far better than the competitors. Configuring it is a childs’ play. What more do you want for a meagre $25 a year as compared to $150 odd? Had Zopim but was horrified after learning that I could’nt receive chats on any IMs.
I instantly bought this after just a few hours on trial.
