I am having problems with translatepress-multilingual ( wpDataTables or SVGmaps)

    Hello suport..

    I am having problems with translatepress-multilingual and wpDataTables (with the charts) and SVGmap (Information on the Map), .

    If i work with the default languaje (castellano)… every thing works ok, but when i change to the second languaje (Catalan/Valenciano), began the problems..

    1) Do not show all the information, i have to wait 10 seconds or more to see all information in the chart, but not translated.

    2) some times do not show the chart

    3) and some time show ok the chart in the first languaje

    Have you reported any problem with wpDataTables…. or have somebady problems with the configurations of wp-rocket and Shield Security in order to work with out problems….

    If you change again to CASTELLANO (to the default languaje) will work exelent……..

    this website was working ok without problems on 18 Feb, i do not change nothing inside, I am sure that the problem is about TRANSLATE PRESS because, the same probles has happen with the maps as you can see.

    Somebady report any problema like me ???

    I feel like the problems is on the translations of the JS rutines.

    I don’t think anybody has reported a similar problem to what you are dealing with.

    I have tried to replicate the issue (it took me a while to realize that simple tables can’t be used to create charts).
    With like 4 charts it loaded properly, but I didn’t full translate them (however, the words that I translated worked well). I also don’t see a way to test the map with the free version.

    What I can suggest you is to try and use our conditional shortcode to create charts directly in the secondary language and have them be displayed only on that language. You can read more about our shortcode here: https://translatepress.com/docs/restrict-by-language/translation-shortcode/

    In order to receive faster support, we have purchased the license and I have repeated the incident.

    With all due respect to you, I would like to comment the following:
    1) this website is about 3 years old, we have been working since the beginning with wordpress + wp Rocket + Shield + wpDataTables + SVGmaps.

    2) It stopped working well since February 18, 2021.

    3) It stopped working fine when updating the TRANSLATE PRESS plugin. What changes were made around that date?

    4) In Spanish/Spanish the Graphics of wpDataTables and the Maps of SVGMaps work perfectly, but when selecting a second language everything is working fine.

    5) Can the JS compression influence the translation?

    6) I remove WP Rocket, and it still gives the error.

    7) I remove Shield, and it still gives the error.

    8) As you can see it happens exactly the same with the Charts of wpDataTables and the Maps of SVG. The translations have always worked without any problem, it has stopped working since Feb 18, 2021 when updating. So I do not see clear to put conditinal shortcode to display content based on language:.

    9) I eliminate TranslatePress and it always works in the language in which the web was designed.

    If you want a copy of the web or a user and password administrator I can give it to you, in order to make all kinds of tests.

    the problem is when has to translate event onmouseover…

    This is the real problem….It takes on average about 12 seconds to do the translation, for the non-original language (Valenciano or English), for the original language (Castellano) it is completely automatic, it takes 0 seconds.

    What could be delaying the translation?

    Hello Jorge,

    The next recommended step is the conflict test (ideally in a staging environment):

    ??*Briefly* disable all other plugins (except TranslatePress) and enable the default Twenty Twenty theme. Please also disable all add-ons. If this fixes the problem, as it probably will, enable everything one by one (ideally starting with the WPDataTables plugin), checking each time to see when the problem returns.

    Please let us know when you find the conflict so that we can take a look and see what we can do about it.
