I am getting useless words in URL

Hello,
I am worried about an issue which I am facing, I do some posts but all posts get index times in google search engine. Let say I do a post

https://mysite.com/test/38142

My Other link is same but with additional words

https://mysite.com/test/38142?s=

Why in my url I am getting ?s=, can anyone help with this.

All my ulrs have ?s=

I don’t think that should be an issue with any normal website/blog. That shouldn’t be a problem. Your site is working well without any core issues.

but links getting index 2 times, that is the issue for me. So any idea about this?
