    Unfortunately, no.

    That’s because RevSlider (aka Slider Revolution) is a commercial plugin. WordPress support volunteers are not given access to any commercial plugin or theme’s code. So we have no way of knowing how the plugin works or what may be wrong.

    Please contact the plugin’s vendor for help. They built and sold the plugin, and should be in the best position to assist you.

    Thank you so much for your guidance. I am going to contact them.

    Just a quick note to add that the RevSlider plugin is often bundled with some commercial themes, especially themes sold at ThemeForest.net… in which case only the theme’s developer will have a license to be able to receive plugin support.

    So if your version of the RevSlider plugin came bundled with your theme and you didn’t purchase your own license for the plugin, you’ll need to contact your theme’s vendor rather for help, as the RevSlider folks will require a valid license before they’ll provide any assistance.
