I am Getting email even after disconnecting jetpack

    I was using jetpack on a website which i sold, even after i removed jetpack connection from my wordpress.com site panel, i am still getting emails from www.remarpro.com blog even though it does not have my email in the setup or anywhere on the site. it is now registered on some one else email id.

    PLease check and let me as to why this problem is being caused

    No problem. I’ve removed the site connection. Could you post here again if you get more notifications, and let us know what the messages are?

    I already requested a long time ago to remove the connection, also i removed the connection few days back when i saw it showing in wordpress.co panel. but as you are saying, you had to remove it, may be there was a setting problem. I generally get emails about comments awaiting moderation.

    I am still getting mail if someone comments on the articles. It seems it hasn’t been properly removed/disconnected.

    Ah, I see. That isn’t related to Jetpack. It likely means that your email address is still set as the site email in the WordPress dashboard itself, in the Settings > General menu. You’ll have to contact the site owner to ask them to change that.
