I am getting email addresses but not names of new users in infusionsoft contacts

I have the same problem. Any fix?

Seems like at checkout the field requested to the client is not the Firstname but the Username. As there is no field related to the Firstname, no Firstname is sent to Infusion. You have to show a new field in checkout to get the Firstname.
