  • Hi @ruchika7,

The behaviour sounds more like a conflict. Could we know whether you tried to rule the issue isn’t due to any conflict?

Do you have a staging site? If yes, would recommend you to check and see whether deactivating all plugins and switching to the default Twenty Twenty-Four theme cause the same issue or not.

If the issue resolves, reactivate them one at a time to find the plugin which is causing the issue.

You can also install the Health Check plugin and use the troubleshooting tab to deactivate all plugins and change the theme while logged in, without affecting site visitors.

Thanks for reply .I donot have staging site.I have noticed woocommerce plugin is deactivated .How to activate it ?.I have done all plugins first deactivate and then activated but still I am facing same issues.

    Hi @ruchika7,

.I donot have staging site.I have noticed woocommerce plugin is deactivated

I’m not sure whether I understand your query. Are you referring to the Health Check plugin that is deactivated? or do you mean an issue with the WooCommerce plugin?

Only active plugins show up with the option to enable/disable the Health Check plugin if that’s what you meant.

    You can

Possible to share a screenshot of what exact issue you notice with the upload? Do you notice any error message?

You can safely use the Health Check and Troubleshooting plugin on your main site without any staging site. Once you enter troubleshooting mode, all other plugins will be deactivated and you’ll be switched to a default Twenty* theme. This will only affect your view, other visitors will see your normal site.

In troubleshooting mode, you should be able to do everything without error. If not, your WP installation may have become corrupted. In such a case you should perform a manual update, even it’s to the same version. The point is to refresh all files from a fresh download.

If troubleshooting mode resolves your problems, then they were due to a theme or plugin conflict. Via the Troubleshooting admin bar item, restore your normal theme and plugins, one at a time, testing after each. When the problems recur, the last activated module was the cause.

If WooCommerce is already deactivated on your site, it wouldn’t be the cause of your problems. But if your site requires it to be fully functional, activate it like you would any plugin from the Plugins admin screen. But I suggest waiting until you resolve your current issues before activating it.
