    i have been waiting for their reply since one week but no use they seems to not care about their users, hello all i am john i am facing error while uploading scrom package in cluevo plugin but i am getting upload failed error and inside browser console getting internal 500 error i also initiated support request on their official website but its been 4 days they are not replying me

    apologies for the (far too late reply). I’m sorry this is taking so long and this is really no excuse but we’ve been working with a reduced support staff and are getting a bit overwhelmed with support requests. Your request has now been escalated and will get the proper attention.

    Hello John,

    we do care about all our users and we are already investigating your issue. I am very sorry that this takes more time than you are comfortable with. We try to handle all support requests as fast as possible but please understand that the CLUEVO LMS is a totally free plugin and that especially over the weekend and depending on the complexity of the problem, response times of a couple of days can happen.

    the ZIP file you sent us does not seem to be a scorm module. Please only use SCORM 2004 and SCORM 1.2 conform modules.
