  • After using this plugin, I am experiencing issues with my website pages, which appear broken when I visit my website. I reached out to them after a considerable time, but I haven’t received a response yet.

    We are sorry to hear about the difficulties you are facing.

    Opening a ticked with us on any available channels (email, social media or forms) would never result in not receiving an answer back to us, so more than sure something happened on the way.

    We did receive one very similar today where some screenshots were provided for the /about and /branding-creative-design pages for which a response was sent over just 24 minutes. If this is you, please do make sure to check out our spam folder as well, and we’ll also resend our response once more.

    But to reiterate our response in a few words, it sounds like your paths are not loading properly because the plugin wasn’t set up on the server side.
