    Hello, I bought the pro license. But when I want to access the account to request support, it says that the email does not exist. I don’t have access to anything. Please review ticket #30682. There are my purchase details and the error message.

    Thanks for the video. But there is a mistake. I purchased this plugin on January 24, 2024. Look at the invoice
