    I recently purchased the Advanced Notifications extension. Everything works fine, except the notifications come through without the shipping showing. I have checked the boxes to include the prices and totals for the order. Tax shows up, but no shipping. What is really frustrating is that when I go to this page https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/ I just keep going around in circles. The links keep leading me back to the same page. As I said in the subject line, I’m a paying customer, and this is really no good. There’s another bug I’ll tell you about when someone gets in touch with me.

    Hi @shapal,

    Advanced Notifications is a premium extension which we support via our ticket queue. As a licence holder, you are eligible for WooCommerce official support.

    It is strange that you can’t submit a ticket from this page https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/. Did you try using a different browser? Also, make sure you’re logged in with the account that purchased the extension.

    If you’re still in trouble submitting the ticket, please send an email from the account email address to [email protected] directly so that we can assist you further there.
