free user i am asked to buy a key and limit is reached !

    Hi there !

    I don’t understand why my key is not validated ?
    I have copied my key from my manage subscription page to my settings page on my settings page of my mailpoet plugin.

    I have canceled the account, created another one but it didn’t work either. So i have deleted in order to try again and… “Sorry, your order can not be processed now: Free plan limit reached (2 per account).”

    I am rather despited… ??

    What’s the matter with that issue ?

    Hi @fredmir,

    Your key may be invalid for several reasons. It could be a conflict with another plugin, or you could have more than 2,000 subscribers, an issue connection between your website and our plugin when validating the key, etc.

    You’d have to contact us here https://www.mailpoet.com/support/wordpress-forums for further diagnosing. Also, since your plans are set to be canceled in May, you’ll only be able to subscribe to a new free plan when they’re totally canceled.

    We’d be happy to immediately canceled them for you, so you can subscribe again.

    We’re already in touch via email and we could notice a new key to the free plan is successfully validated. However, after sending, it may become invalid due to a high spam and bounce rates.

    Please ensure your lists before sending with us.

    If people subscrbe to my newsletter, they won’t receive the confirmation mail. So it is urgent !
