I always see [image: Inline image 1] in the post content

    I am doing a simply photoblog site, and would like the image to parse as the featured image, with no image in the post body content. No matter what I do I see [image: Inline image 1] (but no actual image).

    On the newest version I have specifically selected
    Image> Use First Image as Featured Image: Yes
    Image> Include Featured Image in Post: No

    If at least the image did show up from the shortcode I could just comment it out.. but it just shows as a raw shortcode.
