I Accidently Deleted My Admin User and Can’t Get It Back

I accidently deleted and rejected my admin profile from my wordpress site https://www.TopConPop.com which was installed through GoDaddy open source. It is not even show it in my profile as a wordpress site I had to add it as a url. I have done everything I can think of up to and including changing user name and password on the installatron and in php. Yet every time I try to log in to my admin the login is rejected. HELP! I have a lot of info on that site and something is corrupted. I have backups but if there is something wrong with the main site the back-ups might be bad also. How do I get my admin back?
