• Since a few days ago, hypesocial stopped putting posts in my buffer queue.
    It says “status title: post title” in wordpress but in buffer I dont see anything coming in. Used to work just fine, didnt do anything special, tried uninstalling and installing it again, tried to create a different app and different token, seemed to post it when looking at wordpress but when I check the queue, it is as empty as can be. Thanks for looking into this!

    Hi @cinitriqs, that sounds like a Buffer’s problem rather than our plugin.

    If you didn’t make any changes on your site like: (installing some other plugins, changing a theme, installing setting up security plugins etc) we recommend you to contact the Bluffer’s support.

    Hmmm, I notice, in the “accounts” app, everytime I try to chekc the bix for twitter and then update, it doesnt save the checkbox. is this why it doesnt work anymore?
    I have tried with some other apps connecting to buffer and those seem to work alright… Maybe buffer doesnt support this app anymore through their api’s?

    Hi @cinitriq plugin is working on all our sites and thousands of other sites. Maybe you have added more than 2 accounts as that’s the limitation of a free version? Please check that and let me know?

    Hi Dejan,

    Currently I am running 2 websites who are linked to the hypesocial plugin and in both of these websites only 1 twitter account has been connected.

    Every time I check the box the accounts tab, and then save/update it simply unchecks.
    that said, on the other website, the checkmark does stay put BUT it hasnt buffered anything ever since the 1st/2nd of February either

    Also, when simply adding posts to buffer via buffer.com itself it seems to be working just fine.

    So I am currently kind of landing in between two companies so it seems ?? neither one of them seems to know what the issue is. Thanks for looking into this a little further. I will try and debug some more when I find the time but it is very time-consuming and risky with a live website attached to it.

    Do you perhaps have a list of plugins that are known to perhaps interfere with this plugin?
