Hyperlinks not working within in Onepress

  • I’m attempting to put hyperlinks on rotating elements within the Onepress Hero section. However, hyperlinks within the rotating elements are not working (they just come through as plain text).
    The following does not work:

    Check out our <span class="js-rotating"> <a href="https://mywebsite.com/category/hats/">hats</a>| <a href="https://mywebsite.com/category/cats">cats</a> </span>

    But removing the links from rotating span makes them work
    Check out our <a href="https://mywebsite.com/category/hats/">hats</a>| <a href="https://mywebsite.com/category/cats">cats</a>

    Any suggestions as to how to get this to work? I’m running Onepress 1.2.2 on WordPress 4.5.2.

    Unfortunately it only allows the static texts in rotating element. You couldn’t put anything else there.
