hyperlinks in notes are not rendering properly

    Hi, Im having trouble posting links on the notes extension feature. Every time someone posts any link, the link is rendered with the html code. Here’s a screenshot of how it renders:

    Could there be some active filter that’s causing this? How can i fix this?
