hyperlinks change when I cut and past in the new WP 3.2

I am extremely frustrated with the new version of WP, 3.2, because when I cut and paste lines that contain a hyperlink, they change.

I operate a news aggregater site and this has more than doubled the amount of time I post articles because I now have to go to each individual link to ensure that they are correct.

Will a newer version of 3.2 be released soon that fixes this?

If not, how do I return to the previous version.

This is seriously causing a substantial increase in my work which I never had with the previous versions.

Help please.
