    Hi,

    Recently I installed FluentCRM and send the campaign emails via FluentSMTP. And I found that the hyperlinks that I added in the emails for text and buttons are all altered except for the testing emails.

    Please check the screenshot https://d.pr/i/EH83Ai, the linkage pointed is to my contact page, it’s correctly configured in FluentCRM and I can see the correct address.

    Then check the screenshot https://d.pr/i/rxWRMB, it’s the Email Log from FluentSMTP, one can see that the address was altered to my site’s home page instead of the contact page.

    Same issue happened to all the linkages in the email, also for the button. Even I put an external link on button, the Email Log from FluentSMTP and the exact email landed on my mailbox showed it’s altered to my site’s home page as well instead of the external link.

    Is it a known issue and I missed the setup?

    Hello @fengyintseng,

    I understand that you’re experiencing an issue with hyperlink alterations in emails sent through FluentSMTP.

    This behavior is a default setting in FluentCRM. When FluentCRM sends an email, it adds tracking parameters such as “ns_url” to track email opens and link clicks. This is done to provide valuable insights into the performance of your email campaigns.
