    Hi,

    This functionality is currently not included in the plugin. You need to modify the plugin file (functions.php). Since it is a good idea, we will consider it for next update.

    We have incorporated the requested feature (“Open in a new Window”) in our latest version i.e. v1.5. Please feel free to update the plugin to the latest version and let us know in case if you face any issue.

    The target of an anchor tag can be defined by adding a target tag in the shortcode. For e.g. [wp-image-refresh target=”_blank”]

    P.S.: We have also added the “Donate to this plugin” link on the plugin’s page under “Author” information. Copying the link here as well.
