Hyperlink the author name on AMP posts /pages

It’s Friday so I thought to share a nice little customisation.

In your regular blog posts you may well be linking to your about us page or author profile.

This doesn’t currently happen in your amp pages and the author in meta info is not hyperlinked. To hyperlink it you can go to templates/design-manager/design-X/elements/meta-info.php – there are two places you can do this depending upon whether you are showing meta on pages and/or posts.

Here I link the author name to an amp page called about us.

? for Marqas – is there a hook for the author link – we get one in Genesis so we can link, unlink or modify very easily in functions.php.
