• Hi!

We have a strange ongoing problem with our WordPress site running with Woocommerce that only occurs on Safari.

If a visitor opens a page, then returns to the previous page and tries to open the same page again, the page does not open.

Inspecting the code behind the page doesn’t give any leads, as the element is provided with the correct hyperlink all the same.

I would highly appreciate any input as to what may be the cause of this. ??

    Thanks!

  • @marketeermeteenvraag What happens? Does the page throw an error? Or is it infinite loading. Or does it say that the page doesn’t exist?

@soberbanda Hi! There is no error or loading.

I should specify: the page is accessed through a product catalogue, so you’re essentially pressing a button that suddenly refuses to work the second time you try to access the page, even though the hyperlink is present in the html.

@marketeermeteenvraag sounds like a conflict. Open console (ctrl+shift+I) and check if there is any jQuery error. It is most likely creating a conflict with the the plugin you are using for the button. Is it multistep checkout? Try deactivating and keep checking. Its most likely an incompatibility issue.

    Hope that helps.
