Hyperlink not working within toggle list

  • Good Morning,

    I am very new to WordPress and have been working with 3.9.1 within a test environment.

    Located here: https://veterans.saintleo.edu/testwp/#bachelors_programs

    I am having an issue with hyperlinks not working within a [toggle] list.

    Using FireBug, I have tried to resolve using z-index, however, I was unsuccessful.

    Specifically, I am working with “View Degree Requirements” buttons at the bottom of each section of the toggle list.

    I see the url when I hover over the buttons, however, it will not let me click them.

    Am I missing something simple? I’ve tried to resolve it myself for a couple of days, but am obviously missing something.

    Which theme is this regarding?

    Specifically, I am working with “View Degree Requirements”

    If I do a string search for that I can’t find it.
