I’m trying to hyperlink and Image that I’ve added to a sidebar…

this is our site…the image on the side bar that says “HOT ON SALE ITEMS” is the image I want to hyperlink to
this page
https://www.synergymedcorp.com/wp/on-sale-items/%22I got the picture on sidebar by uploading it into the media section and copied the File URL…added it to the sidebar widget…
Now I just want to know how to Hyperlink it to another page.
