I am having an issue running the following plugins together:

    – Hyper Cache
    – Tribulant Newsletter Plugin
    – Tribulant Contact form 7 extension

The issue is when a new page is being displayed that was not previously in the cache. The text is garbled, a full page of funny characters as shown below:

    ??=?r?8????}D?????????)?Nfs??xc??n%)DBc???eM6?r?q???^?^????(Y?e??f?, h4??Fw?????????O????|?Fj???_?y}?*V??k??^???`????oX?n????S^p?^???*#???z}:??????????jbc?h?\K?Un???”??????<???C?\?????/?W??0f?d?a?????G???@??p??<‘u ?|/

After the page is refreshed it loads normally. I have isolated the issue to the Hyper Cache and Newsletter Plugin. We require the (paid) newsletter plugin and may have to find an alternative to Hyper Cache if a solution cannot be found.

I hope to have this resolved ASAP, any ideas?

Just to add it appears to be a compression problem. When I disable ALL the compression options (three of them) the pages render correctly.

I wonder if this is an issue in the latest version of the plugin. For the moment we will continue to use the plugin without any compression.

Hello paligap, have you tried enabling the filter part of the plugin settings. In your case you might want to check the following, URI to reject and or Cookies matching.

    Kind regards

Thanks for your reply, I managed to resolve the issue by disabling ALL the compressions options (three of them). Without compression the pages are generated fine.

Hello paligap, that is good news. If you think you have now resolved your issue.

Could you close this support ticket.

    Kind regards
