• I installed the Hybrid Theme and this is the error message I received. In addition, I cannot log in, access my blog etc. I would be most grateful for any help.

Fatal error: Call to undefined function add_theme_support() in /home/ladyc005/public_html/attractionmarketingleadership.com/blog/wp-content/themes/hybrid/library/functions/widgets.php on line 15

I could not access any help on the Owner’s hybrid Forum. You have to be a paid member to be able to post questions and read some answers. I really just want my blog back.

    Thanks
    Cheryl

  • are you using the very latest version of this theme?
what version of wordpress are you running?

I don’t think I am using the latest version of it. I am now in 2.92 for wordpress. I installed it through wordpress.

I did resolve it by going through my cpanel from my hosting account. I deleted the theme. If there is a newer version – that may be the issue.

The owner was pretty nice and emailed suggestions for getting help as well.

    Thanks!

I have same problem as LadyC0055…

luckily I just installed it only on a test platform, but anyhow… I cannot go back in the dashboard to the “Themes site” for select another theme which works. Only appears a blank page with the the “fatal server error… on line 15” message.

I’d like to get back the regular theme as I already had installed different plugins to test on this platform… actually I use wordpress 2.8 …

Isnt there any manual chance to select another theme ? – Hope so, dont want install the whole wordpress system new.

    Thank’s in advance…

If anybody should have same problem, as you can read with last posting I had same… I found out of the trap with following instructions:

    https://wordpress.shadowlantern.com/2009/11/change-wordpress-theme-in-phpmyadmin/

Just follow step-by-step and you should get access through the backdoor. I searched long time on the web and it seems the single method to get your dashboard onto the screen…

Hope you never need it… ??

I get the same error on the widgets end.
    Warning: preg_match() [function.preg-match]: Unknown modifier ‘h’ in /home/collegep/public_html/wp-admin/includes/widgets.php on line 113

Switching to another theme fixes it. Using WP 3.0.5, Hybrid 0.8, & Hybrid News 0.3.
