Hwo to import users from other CMS with encrypted passwords

I’m quite familiar with the Ultimate CSV Importer plugin and converting/adapting .csv files to import stories and pages. But now I have to import users as well, from another CMS, and importing users is new to me.

There are encrypted passwords in the excisting userdata and I’m not sure if I can import these without converting them first to unencrypted, or that I have to encrypt them another way. Here is a sample of one line from the userdatabase:

(27,’MyUserName’,’I write about everything’,’[email protected]’,’72711e1e6c5f97dae70cd14acc025bab’,33,0,”,0,0,1,’ip-address’,’29-04-2013 07:19:26′)

Question: can I import this encrypted password without any hassle? I’m also open for suggestions about the best plugin I can use.
