Sorry for the delay in response. We were working with a number of issues that caused an interruption in our services and we were working diligently to fix it. We thought we had it fixed and ran in to more troubles with the YouTube API. We’re continuing to work with the YouTube API team and hope to have it resolved soon. Sorry for the inconvenience.
We have finally been been able to get the issue resolved with the YouTube API team. Sorry again for the inconvenience. Due to the covid pandemic, the YouTube team told us that their response time would be slow and so the issue longer than expected to resolve.
